Recruit4health is a family run business formed by Ella Snowball in 2002. The business was born out of the need 'to do' recruitment properly and to give our customers the best possible experience.
Our mission is to always work proactively and professionally whilst making the whole recruitment process as simple as possible for everyone.
As a company, we strive to be transparent, knowledgeable and innovative. We want to shake up the industry status quo and possitively change the way that people perceive recruitment.
Our culture and thos have cultivated a happy, fun, motivated, caring and high-energy team. We challenge conventions in the marketplace and take a modern approach to recruitment. We endeavor to push boundries but always deal with people with the utmost care and respect.
Recruit4health have been awarded the NHS Collaborative Procurement Partnership (CPP) National Clinical Staffing Framework contract which covers NHS Trusts throughout London, the South and the North of England.
